    In about 4-5 weeks your workouts are going to be huge. You will have unbelievable pumps and your stamina will be higher than it's ever been. Just make sure you eat enough calories, protein, carbs, and fats.

    When I did my first cycle I ate 4000 cal/day, around 400g/protein/day, carbs I kept at around 400-500g/day because I was competing in power lifting contests. If you are not powerlifting and looking to lean out lower your carbs to 150-200g/day, and I was taking in 80-100g of fat/day. And this must be done with high quality foods so I found myself having to force feed myself just to hit my totals for the day. It was only tough the first week then I got used to eating that much and it was easy. I started with a 280 pound press and at the end of my 8 week cycle I pressed 370 pounds. I jumped 10 pounds/week except one week I jumped 20 pounds. Diet right, get enough sleep and lift big.

    I use 22 or 23 guage pins.
