    Question protein?

    ok im 6'0 195 26 was wanting to know if 300g of protein would be enough for me for my bulk cycle? i m not sure if i can squeeze anymore in there?

    when bulking you do not really need to up protien but caleries

    yeah ya do, up the total calories but keep the percentage of each macro nutrient the same if bulking.

    BTW 300 grams is fine.

    really depends on the rest of your diet. think of it like this. protein is there to help you maintain, repair and grow new tissue. carbs and fats should be used as energy. 1g-2g per pound of body weight is commonly used to promote growth and maintenance, so you are within that number. just make sure that you are eating an appropriate number of carbs throughout your day. honestly, in my experience, the more carbs the more growth, you just need to find your limit before fat gain ensues.
