How do u think size gains would be doing a powerlifting routine on a bulking cycle? Compared to doing a bodybuilding routine?

Yeah I’d think that too, bodybuilding is designed for size so you’d get better size gains off of that type of routine but look at the size of some of these powerlifters. There is a stigma among bodybuilders that powerlifters are fat and out of shape but I’ve seen some seriously muscular powerlifters who are in great shape.
