    Gave me the ****ing shits really really bad.
    When I took a shit 2girls1cup style.
    I took like 3 shits after 2-4 days of use and man My asshole was burning so bad I called into work and use baby lotion on my asshole cuz my body rejected that horse shit, I took it back to GNC and got a refund.
    **** that, way to many acids my body said **** U GTFO
