ok here is the deal i have been looking into what cycle i should do for a while now (havent use aas for over a year) here are my stats....
age 25
weight 190ish lbs
lifting for 4 years
body fat around 9-10%(catapillers)
i have done 2 cycles
1st sustonon and dbol
suss 250mgs weeks 1-6 weeks 6-12 250mgs eod (i know not a good cycle at all) dbol 50mgs ed weeks 1-6 gained around 10lbs after pct.....
2nd test e and deca (test 500mgs ew and deca 400mgs ew)
gained around 10lbs after pct...
after some reserch and looking at diet i have come to think that short cycles are by far better for gaining lean quailty gains.with my low body fat i think i can do realy well with short cycles so here is what i have put together
weeks 1-10 100mgs test p ed
weeks 2-9 75mgs tren a
hcg start around week 6 of cycle and nova @ 30mgs ed for pct ....
will be eating around 4000 very clean cals everyday all good food and no shakes.....
do you guys think i am ready for a cycle like this and if there is any advise you can give me about tren it would be of great help.....
