    look into java lather... thats what i use and it works some... helps them fade.

    Nothing works in my opinion. When I was a teenager and first started lifting I grew very fast and got some really bad stretch marks. The ones in my inner thigh were so big they would bleed after doing squats. I went to the dermatoligist and tried retina a and oral vitamin a and got so results at all. I tried the cocoa butter and nothing also. tried some special stretch mark creams, vitamin E you name it, nothing helped.

    In my mind its best to stay as lean as you can, and thus slow down some on your weight gain. This will reduce the stretching on the skin. We are bodybuilding to build muscle after all, not fat! So eat a clean diet and dont over eat.

    Nothign works. THe skin is alredy stretched. YOu can only take the color away. I used to be embarrased when i got them when i was 15-17 but now i dont care. Just shows i got a big chest

    For me Retin-A is working.

    dont over bulk try to stay under 15 % Bodyfat when bulking.

    also what i have found is try to make the skin worse.

    find a way to make it rash and peel and then it will regrwoa nd moisturize.

    use shea butters and cocoa butters.

    Apply shitloads of Retin-A gel. it helps regrow and causes a mega rash and peeling which means it has to regrow. i dont care what they say its workin on my arms really well. chest isnt helping though.

    Retin a might depend on the severity perhaps. All I know is I was using the strongest retin a they have and it did absolutely nothing for me.

    Ya guys maldofr had them bad but if you want any chance of anything you just gotta do it within the first year.

    also doing crazy shit like bulking for 10 months and putting on 50 pounds is no good for guys with skin like that. so watch the diet. you start gettin to much wait as in waist growing stop and trim for a bit.

    another thing with the retin-a is it refuses to work on me in some spots. the ones on my arms are fading especially the bicep and inside bicep are amazing fading. HOwver the chest ones dont seem to respond nor do the "big" ones on my lats and shit.

    I use palmers cocoa butter, It works for pregnant ladies!

    Hell ya... 2 a day application and they fade pretty quick.... I use micro bead shower gel with those mittens that are abrasive in the shower then after I dry off I apply the palmers... works really well...

    Retin A does nothing for strech marks. Awesome for acne, photo ageing, and wrinkles. You will be happy with Mederma for scaring/strech marks.

    ive found nothing that has helped me so far. the only viable option i see is laser therapy sometime in the future

    nothing works in my book.. tried pretty much any and everything.. but when ever i diet or bulk .. i always pop out new ones.. FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. i found one on the BOTTOM of my pec.. like wtf?.. so now i got them on my bit.. traps,lats.. upper pecs/delts.. 1 on my left botom pec
    , none on my legs luckilly.. but my skin sucks.. i had them when i was a string bean..

    Well ill let you guys in on an update.

    Go get yourself some retin-a gel use way tomuch it will hurt, sting, burn and look like an infection. use way to much for 4-5 days then easy off and apply cocoa and shea butter 2 times a day they are fading. the skin flakes, crusts, and regrows .

    I got a mix of shea and cocoa butter from walmart heh i got the tip about the shea butter from a trey brewer video seems to work really well.
