For me personally i don't like the look of the pro's. I have tons of respect for them but they're just TOO BIg and limited to what they can do. Because i'm heavy into martial arts my purpose for training is for maximum production of speed and strength without sacrificing flexability. When i bulk up it affects heavy on the way i preform so i try to stay light and eat clean all year round which is alot harder than takingg an off-season to eat whhatever i want and bloat up.
