well it seems i have Cellulitis in my left arm and im getting a nurse to come everyday to inject some stuff into me for 1 week.

the pain is slowly going down but my arm is still swallen will i be able to train or should i give it a rest for a couple of days?

has anyone had this problem before if they have what did you do?

Sorry to hear about it ...

Yea you need to rest ... Is it really splotchy looking ? I asked in your other thread if you had fever or the inject site was red .. My next question was does it look splotchy ?

    Introduction
Cellulitis (sel-u-LI-tis) is a potentially serious bacterial infection of your skin. Cellulitis appears as a swollen, red area of skin that feels hot and tender, and it may spread rapidly.

Skin on the face or lower legs is most commonly affected by this infection, though cellulitis can occur on any part of your body. Cellulitis may be superficial — affecting only the surface of your skin — but cellulitis may also affect the tissues underlying your skin and can spread to your lymph nodes and bloodstream.

Left untreated, the spreading bacterial infection may rapidly turn into a life-threatening condition. That's why it's important to recognize the signs and symptoms of cellulitis and to seek immediate medical attention if they occur.

wow, i had that on my left calve about 6 months ago... i just kinda thought i got into some cleaning chemicals at work or something. That's kinda scary.
It was really sensitive and splotchy and swollen, just like described. But i just brushed it off, Luckily it turned out not to be so serious. Glad i read this, now i know what to do if it happens again.
