no, sust needs to be injected atleast eod to keep levels steady. if you want to inject less frequently then get cyp or enanth which you can do twice/wk

with the low amount of test you take you don't need .5mg of adex ed, lower it to .25 ed or .5 eod

To frontload for 500mg/week just double the dose for the first week. So if you plan on doing 250mg X 2 a week, then do 500mg X2 for the first week, then continue on 250mg x 2 week for the rest of the cycle.
