you need to rest. there would be no way to bomb legs twice a week along with all other muscle groups and effectively recover especially with only one day of rest at the end of the week. I would check out the training forum. if you can get to the gym that many times a week i would divide into groups like.
mon-chest
tues-back
wed-shoulders
thurs-rest
friday-arms
sat-legs
sun-rest
