unfortunately i cannot obtain arimidex or letro so im stuck with nolva and proviron to combat my high estrogen levels...im taking both of these together with nothing else so what would be a proper dosage to help control my estrogen???

20 mg nolva and 50 mg prov. ( 40 nolva will be high to be ran the whole cycle and also in PCT , 100 mg Prov. will be expensive ). Hope that help!

I have good results with 20mg nolva and 25mg proviron ED. If anything I find 50mg proviron to be the most effective and I don't need nolva.

yeah i was thinking 40mg nolva and 50mg proviron ED, b/c i want to almost eliminate estrogen...but now i think that might be overkill...thanx

I go with 50 mg Proviron during the whole cycle and leave the Nolva for PCT

I would also leave the nolva for the PCT.
