Paper anabolics are great coming from the right source. You can let it soften up under your tongue and then swallow which is what I did.

There are some things you probably should do that with like Nolva. I got a really bad taste in my mouth for a long time and it made my tongue kinda numb. After that incident I just chewed real quick and swallowed.
