I was just wondering what do we need to do to bring back up the American dollar Value?

I don't know anything about the stock but could someone teach me something about this....

1. What gives the "dollar" value?
2. Who is in control of our nations money supply?
3. What is inflation?

The answer to these are simple, yet misunderstood by the majority of the population.
