Ok here is my situation:
I need to help a 19 year old female who is about 5'2- 5'3 and weights 145-150 loose some fat.
She does not have much money because she is self supporiting and in college. I thought about a ketogenic diet for her, but she is allergic to dairy and wants somewhat of a vairy in her diet. (she does not want the same foods for every single meal).
If a knowlageable person could please help me, so I can start her on a diet I would be more then gratefull.
Here are my problems:
a: cost effective
b: cause a good amount of fat loss fairly quick
c: a decent vairity of foods so it will be eaiser to stick to.
