actually it's not.

Last time I checked it was illegal for the school to distribute it, but it's perfectly fine to supplement with creatine.

i think this is true to some degree. my roommate is a div 1 football player and the coaches encourage the use of creatine.. they just have to purchase that themselves when virtually everything else is distributed to them.
