    What is your age. At 6'3" 190, you probably need to adjust your diet.

    I am 23 right now about to turn 24. How would suggest in the diet area??

    500 Mgs A Week For The Test And 50 Mgs A Day For The Winny. I Would Devide The Test Into Two Shots A Week. Imo What is your test dosed at?
