I have a friend who is a nuclear engineer, has worked out all his life but never got his diet right. He is like 5'6'' and was 150, fixed his diet, he went up to 158. Then put him on a tren prop cycle, he is ending cycle soon at 180+. 8weeks tren 10 weeks prop.

sounds like my old job at a bakery. we had about 20 mexicans working there overnight. i would come in at 7am and find them sleepin in the bathroom or on the pallets of flour bags.
