If you read my post, you'd actually see what it said, first of all a can of tuna=30 grams of protein, I eat atleast 3 cans a day. A chicken breatast is about 30 grams of protein, I eat about 2 or 3 of those a day, and I drink a 40 gram protein shake, so that adds up to around 160-190 grams a day

2nd of all I do not eat two meals,
I eat breakfast, I drink a shake after my workout and eat, then I eat dinner, then I have a snack.

3rd of all I eat some fruit, which has carbs. I am probably eating under 100 grams of carbs a day though
