Hows it goin everyone? Im new to the forum and just wanted some help. I am a former division 1 college athlete, and was only able to sauce basically in the summer due to drug testing. However, i am now a division 3 athlete and am looking for some advice on what I should be doing. I am 6'1'' 220 with a pretty athletic build, not necessarily chubby, but not cut up as i would like, and not all muscle. I have taken winstrol the past 2 summers and it definitely made a difference, however I am looking for something a little more intense. In about a month I want to start preparing for summer. I want to take something that is going to put on major muscle ( I am aware that serious lifting and nutrition is a must. I am not one of those take steroids and get big with out lifting people). Again, i want to put on some nice muscle without getting completely fat. After that cycle, a little closer to the summer I am looking to get cut up. I could be saying this all wrong on how I want to do it. That is why I am asking someone for some friendly advice on what it is I should be doing to acheive my goals. Get at me.... I appreciate it
