yep yep!
one advantage of mornings though is it 'may' help dispurse the juice as ya moving around all day.. compared with injecting just before bed where its ganna sit in the muscle in the same place and dispure slowly...
handy if your juice has a bite to it.

Yea just keep the same frequency in your inject schedule .. The exact time doesnt matter ...

either before or after you shower lol..
shower afterwards for sterility purposes.. OR
shower afterwards to heat up the oil abcess and help disperse it..
those are my 2 methods
