    wat is a good diet?

    i work ten hours a day with little time to eat can u help with picking a diet that i can eat quick and dont have to cook right away --

    no microwave either


    soo far i am starting to eat better any sugestions

    morning cornbeef hash (40grams )6am

    through out the day- 630am-530pm
    -smoothie(16 grams)
    -pound of peanuts plain(no idea how much protien)lots though

    first 10minute break- 930am
    -macaroni noodles and meat(20grams)
    -protien shake (32 grams)

    lunch- 1145am-1215pm
    -macaroni noodles and meat(20grams)
    -peanut butter sandwhich(20 grams)
    -yogurt
    -protien shake(32 grams)

    second break- 2pm
    -protien shake(32 grams)
    -apple

    dinner before workout
    -fish oil
    -peanut butter sandwhich(20 grams)
    -salad


    dinner after workout
    -protien shake(32 grams)
    -grilled chicken or hamburgers (no idea anyone?)



    260+ protein i am 6'2 165lbs probably less then 10% bf very slim and ripped for wat i got


    Any suggestions?

    im assuming u wanna bulk. this is the steroid section and this thread will most likely be moved to the diet section. u have some good stickies in the diet section on how to bulk.

    but have u tried gettin urself a weight gainer. theres a couple of good ones wit 1000+ cals per serving.

    yea weell i need a proper diet so i can use steriods so i dont lose the weight right ?

    how old are u? u sound like early 20s..

    u need a proper diet even witout the use of steroids otherwise ur givin ur body the opposite effect.

    no fast food, no soda.. no junk food.. multiple meals not one large one.. hmmm drink water! just a rough idea..
