i work ten hours a day with little time to eat can u help with picking a diet that i can eat quick and dont have to cook right away --
no microwave either
soo far i am starting to eat better any sugestions
morning cornbeef hash (40grams )6am
through out the day- 630am-530pm
-smoothie(16 grams)
-pound of peanuts plain(no idea how much protien)lots though
first 10minute break- 930am
-macaroni noodles and meat(20grams)
-protien shake (32 grams)
lunch- 1145am-1215pm
-macaroni noodles and meat(20grams)
-peanut butter sandwhich(20 grams)
-yogurt
-protien shake(32 grams)
second break- 2pm
-protien shake(32 grams)
-apple
dinner before workout
-fish oil
-peanut butter sandwhich(20 grams)
-salad
dinner after workout
-protien shake(32 grams)
-grilled chicken or hamburgers (no idea anyone?)
260+ protein i am 6'2 165lbs probably less then 10% bf very slim and ripped for wat i got
Any suggestions?
