I would prefer to mix the Fina and Prop in same injection - ED. Makes harsher Props more tollerable by mixing in with the Fina oil....

Otherwise this would give you more consistent blood androgen levels:

Weeks 1-10: 700 mgs Test Enanthate/Week
Weeks 1-4: 100 mgs Test Prop/EOD
Weeks 5-12: 75 mgs Trenbolone/ED
