    Clen = Anti Catabolic??

    Alright, my question is... what would the dose be just to get the anti catabolic properties from the clen. If your not trying to lose weight. But lets say you want to use clen during PCT to help keep you noncatabolic, so that you can keep a bit more of your gains. Would it be the same dosages as normal. Or would it be more? Less? I would think it would be less. But not to much. maybe just stick with 60mcgs a day for the 4 weeks or what not of PCT??

    from what Ive read on here, clen is only anti catabolic at very high (and unsafe) doses..i dont believe that anti catabolic crap on clen..there are mixed theories on that however..there was an article on **** talking about clen possibly being anti catabolic on a low calorie diet..which is not how you should eat during PCT..google "clenbuterol anti catabolic" the article should come up..

    dont know your cycle experience, but if you want something to help keeps your gains look into HGH, or IGF

    clen has never been proven to be anticatabolic in humans.

    being on clen durring pct is not a bad idea if you don't mind the shaking. It would let you keep your calories high without getting fat, so it would be anticatabolic that way.

    clens anticatabolic properties are based on heresay alone. It has never been proven. When used in high dose on rats it was shown to be anabolic - there lean mass increased quicker than the rats that were not using clen. The doses used were very very high and would not be at all safe or pleasant for humans,

    I thought I kept a good amount of muscle cutting on clen but even if it is anti-catabolic I dont think it would outweigh the great increase in calorie expenditure. If you try anything I would go with albuterol over clen. I felt it increased my strength and made it easier (instead of harder) to catch my breath. Also noticed less fat loss from it which would lead me to assume it doesn't burn calories as good as clen, which would be a good thing in PCT.

    Actually guys, the tests were done in cattle. So yes, clen is anti-catabolic. If you're a member of the bovine family.

    I heard T-3 can be catabolic at higher doses, so by adding clen it counteracts the catabolism and even adds some small lean gains.

    Well, T3 being catabolic is still up in the air for some of us who have looked into it, although most believe it is. But they haven't dug into it. They're just repeating what they hear.

    And you're wrong about clen countering any catabolism.

    140 is pretty high. I know some go to 200, but honestly you can see good results from under 100. That's all I meant. Sorry for not explaining more.

    The fact that you only lost 5lbs show that you werent dieting right with it. Because even without clen you should lose more then 5 lbs
