Ok I think I understand.
Iv 10lb tub of N-Large 2 and a 11lb tub of 90+ Protein.
The gainer is protein and sugar premixed but its cheaper to use normal whey Protein and add my own Dextrose???
Is that right?
I usually do my morning shake like this....
30g of "Protein 90+"
Low fat non bio yogurt 300ml
Frozen strawberries and banana
Pumpkin seeds 25g
Oatmeal 80g
Orange juice 250ml
Flax seed oil 5ml
Its over 800kcal
Would I be right in thinking this is better than any weight gainer???
