hey big i have another question about this post I read a post yesterday that said sugar after a work out spikes insulin and forces your body to store fat? Is that accurate? If it is are all types of food converted to fat or just carbs? I have been eating lots of protein and some whole grains thinking it would promote muscle growth but I am not watching my sugar.
I also like sugar in my coffee before I workout in the morning is that sabotaging my results?
I have not cut carbs way down because i want to put on muscle so my thought is that if i eat some carbs and lots of protien i will build more muscle.
Does that soud right?
