ok diet:
Meal 1 - 5 egg whites, 2 toasts, quickmass drink
Meal 2 - Salad, protein drink, vegetables
Meal 3 - Chicken breast, salad, quickmass drink, rice
Workout
Meal 4 - Protein drink, 3 cans of tuna with mayo, vegetables, salad, beef or steak
Meal 5 - Lasagna, mashed potatoes
Meal 6 - Peanut butter sandwhich, quickmass drink
Bed.
