you have exactly the body i had about 7 months ago... i did about 4-5 months of cardio and shed 25lbs of fat then started lifting weights about 2 months ago... if i were you id hit the treadmill and run
U need 25 posts to pm.3 months is enough, with a right diet and workout u can loose more fat that u can think of.If u wish u can buy supplements like l-carnitine,caffeine and green tea to help u burn fat!

Good luck!
how much cardio? 1 - 1.5 hours a day twice a day...
running in the morning + push ups, situps, jumping jacks, v-ups, mountain climbers, leg lifts, forward lunges
repeat in the evening..
did push-ups throughout the day, just stop and knock out 25-50 once an hour.. obviouslly i started smaller, 10 or so push-ups and worked my way up.. i can knock out 85 now
i cant stress a healthy diet though.. low fat diet mixed with some carbs and lots of fruit and veggies
i will end up doing it without... i was just under the impression that aas allow you to work out longer and harder
is that not what they do?
3 hours of cardio a day! ouch...
these next 3 months are gunna suck
i thought an hour a day was alot/enough
How did you motivate yourself to do all that??
I'm not a morning person so I'd have to do it like after school and then again before bed
An hour a day in the morning before breakfast is enough. You can drop 2-3 lbs a week over the next 12 weeks and you'll be very happy with the progress. Post a typical daily diet in the diet forum and we'll take a look at it. If you're just starting out you'll have even fast results with a proper diet and workout regime.
yea id say i more or less averaged an hour in the morning and an hour at night... i guess it was 1.5 hours with the stretching and cooldown etc..
once i saw improvements i kept going, that was enough motivation. once the lbs started shedding it was great. i cant go a day without making a trip to the gym now.

If you barely have worked out in the past then you don't need steroids to make you work out "longer or harder" you need to learn to work out on your own fer years learning about diet, nutrition, supplementation, and of course lifting before even considering the use of aas. It's not something that should EVER be taken lightly and if your unskilled in any of these other areas the steroids aren't gonna give you what you're looking fo anyways.
