Imo:
1.Sinse u can wait for an hour before ur workout i would change the shake with real food.Oat and eggs for example
2.Its better not to take glutamine with way protein but its ok to take it before workout and/or in the morning
3.If u wish to take 2 multivitamins, take them in the morning
4.If u cant eat a medium fat-high protein snack before bed,take some protein and some fish oil capsules
