    Just checked with Blue cross in Ma. an they cover all types of hrt inculiding Test but theres a 250 deductible on hgh and 250 for Mri which is required. Dont know the deductible if any for test

    Is that an annual deductible? I wouldn't mind if it was monthly, tbh.
