whats everybody opinions on the AR-15?
the civilian model or service model? I think the civilian model is pretty cool, but the only thing I have monkeyed with them is coyote killing... we just walk the rounds up to them as they are running pretty cool. for home defense I would prefer a shotgun to anything.... but for recreation the ar-15 civilian version kind of gives the effect of a machine gun.
service model im not a fan of the 9mm cartirdge at all i keep a .40 s&w on my night stand and a remington 870 12ga in the closet for home defense not to mention all the other guns laying around my house hell i could start me a small malita with all the guns and ammo i have
im kinda back anf forth on the m4 and ar-15 ive noticed the ar-15 gets jammed alot also
price is alittle higher on the m4 but ive only sot the ar-15 so its kinda hard to compare
a buddy of mine has a Ar-15 for sale with the colapse stock barely used for $700 is that reasonable?

there the same dame thing just one has a shorter barrel thats it all the internals are the same iv messed with both of them before
well it all depends on what u want to use it for i like the ar cause its easier to make acurate shots at long ranges like if shot out to 500yds acuratly but i like the m4 for close combat situations like clearing rooms cause it less weapon to manuver and u can aquier a target faster but laks the steady ness needed to shoot at long ranges but u can always buy different upper recivers with longer barrel or shorter barrels for that matter
nop only with full auto conversions just keep it lubed and cleaned and u shouldent have a problem and it also depends on what ammo u use if u use cheap ammo u get cheap performance and also magazines cause jaming due to weak springs or overloading the magazine wich is why u should never fill a magazine to capacity cause it causes binding and then feeding problems
well theres one good thing bout wyoming its the hunting and the guns ha we get school out for hunting season pretty cool but i have a big variety of guns i like
yeah i think im moving to kentucky or texas next month not sure yet but i cant wait to finally be able to carry i hate marylands gun laws
I dont remember who the quote is by but i think it was a army general if i remember right "While in the heat of battle remember one thing. Ur weapon was bought from the lowest bidder".
yep scarry thought isint it
