Is this HCG fake or not

I am new to this forum and I'm still trying to get the hand of this.

    Is this real or fake.

The one with the blue top didn't even come with solvent.
It just has HCG on the label. It's a clear label with blue and yellow writing.
I never saw HCG in this valve before. I could be wrong

The other one has a green strip and the word solvent is spelled 'solvens'
The other valve does have Pregnyl on it but the label is printed without the logo.
    Is this real?

Buy a pregnancy test and put a few drops of diluted hcg on it. If the result is positive you are good to go.

Bacteriostatic Water for Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic preparation of water for injection containing 0.9% (9 mg/mL) of benzyl alcohol added as a bacteriostatic preservative. It is supplied in a multiple-dose container from which repeated withdrawals may be made to dilute or dissolve drugs for injection. The pH is 5.7 (4.5 to 7.0).

Water for Injection, USP is chemically designated H2O.
