Take in to account how your metabolism will slow from inactivity, the smallest bit of food intake will probably be stored as fat as soon as it passes their lips.
Also many people once they are obease are diabetic so this will not help either, starving a diabetic person is just going to kill them. Bit of a double edged sword, its sad but thats how it happens.
When you see a fatty in a bed who cant move does not generally mean that they eat crap food and are that big becaue the are too idle to lose weight.
When you see people like this it is actually quite upsetting.
People like this exist everywhere, you may even have some on the same street that you live on.
Just coz you dont see them dont mean they dont exist.
Its a shame, and i dont blame the people feeding them. If its a medical problem then there is not much anybody can do about it. Just think of it like being imprisoned in your own body. Only difference these people aint getting parole, these guys are lifers.
Only way out, excersise and risk overloading yoru organs or go on a crash diet and risk killling yourself.
What would you do if faced with the same situation, be it you that is the fatty or a sibling/parent?
