weight- 140lbs
lifiting exp.- everyday in 6th period
cycle exp.- a Schwinn with front&rear shocks, and pegs...
and some times diet knowlage.-
Breakfast, an oatmeal raisin bar..
Lunch- whatever the lunch lady puts on my tray
Dinner- protein shake..
I also have to hold my tounge and key board. Because alot of them are just lookin for the quick fix. When In reality it is a commiment to self. So any other thoughts please post.
