whats up everyone, had a few question just bought some creatine monohydrate caps from vitamine shoppe BodyTech brand I dont know if anyone has taken them before. but I was wondering whens the best time to take creatine before or after a workout and also as far as servings it says 3 caps is 2250mg of creatine, and during the maintenance stage it says take 3-5 my question is whats the maximum mg's or caps can I take before i start wasting it and peeing it out
