    Trying something new...

    My whole life i have been a "big boy" and never could get the fact that if i had just changed my diet maybe a tiny bit i would see a change. I finally last year broke and said **** it so i have given the last year of my life to being healthy let me know if it worked and and any estimated bf% or any advice on what i can do to get better for the summer? Im 100% natural only protein supps

    Tighten down the diet and you will solid even more solid improvement. Great work thus far.

    Thanks any suggestions on the diet i am basically low carb maybe one meal consist of 42 grams a day all protein veggies fruit nuts and high fiber
