    Hey PB I was checking out the diet and I am going to use this as a base, and was wondering if you would add some veggies with one or two of the pro/fat meals?

    Never had any real evidence of these big health problems coming from the use of artificial sweetners.

    Oh wait, that is unless you count the studies they did on rats where they fed the rats like double their body weight in aspartame everyday.

    So I guess I can see the relationship, I mean after all I am a rat and I do eat 450lbs of splenda a day. LOL

    But GGallin Im all for you if you dont use sweetners. I mean they arent GOOD for you I will defintely agree there and they will infact make you retain some water (although not much) so if you dont use them at all I give you props cuz I hate oats without em.

    Ever think of trying stevia or xylitol tho?

    I can get some stevia pretty cheap since I work a GNC now. Maybe I will try that.

    splenda has by far been the best option for any sweetner in any case i have seen.

    Ok update 1. This morning "day 3" I weighed myself. I weighed 270 4 days ago. This morning I weighed 263. 7 pounds in 2 full days is pretty damn good. I am sure most of that is water etc but damn. I know I wont continue to lose it that fast but I was surprised to see it come off that fast short of not eating for 2 days. I have been pooping like crazy lol. Mus t be the flax I guess. But so far so good. Thanks beast, your my bloody hero.
