Two years ago I did 500mg of test e a week for ten weeks. I wanted to know if I did another cycle now two years later should I use the same amount at 500 mgs a week or up it? Also should I run and anti e the whole time>? Last time I did and it was novel. If so what one would be better Armidex or novle? And at what dose? Also one thing, will clomid be good to keep everything I gain in my pct? I have read a great deal, I just wanted to know.

After 2 years 500mg will def do the trick!

Id personally go for an AI like arimidex while on cycle.. save the SERMS like nolva and clomid for PCT.

But.. Only take the AI if needed. (hold off untill u see/feel any estro sides)

well hold off till you get any estro sides again... id guess about week 5 or 6 is common for most (is for me)...

i like arimidex while on cycle.. aromasin is better in pct imo (mainly due to price, but then not being effected by nolva), and letro 2 strong.

10-12 weeks is the norm on test e.
