BUN - thats the urea level in your blood, it's a nitrogen waste that the kidneys expel through your urine. If It's high it could mean you have kidney probs, but your is hardly out of the normal range which is symptomatic of a high protein diet - good job.
Creatinine - if it's high that either means you're dehydrated or you're taking supplemental creatine. I'm guessing you either take it by itself or in a protein mix. It's not that out of range - good job
Co2 - blood gas tests are for checking PH and pulmonary finction. You have a very mild respiratory acidosis - could be from kidney probs, or...alcohol consumption can cause it too. Again, not that out of range, so don;t worry.
Albumin - wheres the globulin? need to know this ratio
AST/SGOT - ALT/SGPT: these values are extremely high, as you know. They are liver enzymes, and them being high either means a)liver probs or b)kidney probs. I'm guessing your orals/alcohol/narcotics stressed the liver and your kidneys aren't expelling these enzymes fast enough. 'Wish I knew more about this one, but I think the ratio of the two is more important than composite values. You dont have jaundice (or else u'd be in the hospital) so you're not that far along yet. Just drink a lot of water, take milk thistle, and back off whatever you keep taking.
BTW - bilirubin must have been normal if these were your only flagged items, so your liver is still ok. Check that value though.
I'd say this stuff is normal for anyone taking AAS and all the associated ancillary drugs. It will totally jack your blood panel
Guessing by your test level you're either well into a cycle or just starting your PCT because that value is half of the low end of normal.
You're prob ok, just be careful
