yeah I am not eating like I should but I do eat pretty good i take in a lot of Protein not much fat and a decent amount of carbs I dont weigh my food or anything like that, but I will kinda give you what I do in a given day, I usally eat junk on the weekends. The only reason I say I am at the most I can be for me right now is because I have tryed like he;ll and this is the best I have been eating and working out as hard as i can etc.
But I work out 3 - 4 dyas a week usually soemtimes I only take 2 days off.
I get up at 5am mon- friday and usually follow this same routine. 5am I take akg powder 1 teaspoon with 8 ounces of gatoraide, 5:30 I eat 3-4 boiled egg whites a banana and usually oatmeal with fat free milk, sometimes I substitute fat free Pop tarts dor the oatmeal, and other days instead of teh egg white I make a whey/ casein protein shake 1 scoop of each, 8am I eat my first lunch usually like chicken and rice or soemthign on that line grilled chicken salad, sometime salmon, then around 10:30 am I make a protien shake with w scoop of whey and 1 scoop of Casin and also have a teaspoon of powder BCAA in it mixed with either fat free milk or juice. 12:30 I have another teaspoon of AKG powder with Gatoraid, then eat like around 1pm or soo same deal as first lunch. Go home and at around 2pm or 2:30 I take a scoop of creatine with gatoraid for preworkout usually 45 minutes before I work out, 15 minutes later I will make 8 ounces of water with one scoop of Whey protein. and usually eat like a Bannana or an Apple. Then I take a 20 ounce bottle of gatoraide and mix one scoop whey to sip on at the gym. Work out and when done I do about 8-10 Minutes of cardio at about 150 Heart rate. Come home and immediatley make a protein shake consisting of yougurt like 4 table spoons, fat free milk, 3 scoops Whey and 1 table spoon BCAA and a bannana. I eat again like an hour later not a big meal but kinda like a post workout snack. Then I eat my dinner around 8 pm , and at like 9:30 pm I take another 2- 3 scoops of casein protein with water. and go to bed around 10 pm. I cant go threw the whole routine but this is pretty much my schedule. Sorry Its soo long !!
