Hey whats up? I just started a cycle with Deca and Test. Currently I'm a little over weight. I'm looking to lose fat around my waist and obviously gain muscle. Does anyone think that with both, Deca and test I will lose weight, burn fat and gain muscle or should I be trying something else?

You should have a solid diet and cardio plan.

Hey man thanks a lot. I have actually been doing at least 1 hour cardio and a very strick diet. So far I've lost about 17 LBS so I'm down to 180. But being 5'8 I still feel it's way to much. We'll see how it goes. I'm looking forward to get more and more into this cycle and see the results.

I'd recommend posting your diet up in the diet forum... "very strict" may not be the best approach for you. It's actually pretty difficult to create a diet to maintain muscle and lose fat at an optimal rate, and we can help you out quite a bit.
