    Bad Timing...help!

    Today it the sstart of week three of my cycle and i have already gained 9 pounds. The problem is that normally I work out 6 days a week at the gym but my boss has been out of work for the last week and now I have to cover for him. That means i will be at work for 16 hours a day. dosent leave much time for the gym and if i do go it wont give me enough sleep time. My question is are there ways to make gains just doing sit ups and push ups at home? Or will i just be sustaining muscle mass? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Ah that sucks bro.

    Personally i would just stop & run PCT because i think it would be a waste of money otherwise but wait & see what the more experienced veterans of the board have to say as their advice will be much greater than mine.

    Wow, never start a cycle without having all your gear/PCT on hand...Having said that, how long do you have to cover for your boss?

    Well if its just for a week keep up on your diet and do what you can.....and yes you should have all gear including pct before you start.

    will anything l;ike sit ups or pushups do anything, if I do them to faailure?

    yeah if your boss is only going to be out for a week then its not a huge deal. just continue your cycle and yes doing pushups and situps is better than doing nothing. but if your boss is going to be out for a while then i would say start pct when it comes in.

    ever heard of multirepitition? do one pushup hold in prone position for ten seconds. do two so on and so on, squats and some tricep chair pushups. maybe some chinups some where and yes you can make the gains. I had the same prob once but I put in some pushups at work when no one was looking. And one more thing never never start a cycle untill you pct in hand.
