Today it the sstart of week three of my cycle and i have already gained 9 pounds. The problem is that normally I work out 6 days a week at the gym but my boss has been out of work for the last week and now I have to cover for him. That means i will be at work for 16 hours a day. dosent leave much time for the gym and if i do go it wont give me enough sleep time. My question is are there ways to make gains just doing sit ups and push ups at home? Or will i just be sustaining muscle mass? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
