Not the best eater, not the worst though. For breakfast I'll have a bowl of a cereal with skim milk, or maybe a bagel with a little bit of cream cheese. Might have a snack or something in the middle of the day could vary from an apple to a cereal bar. Lunch I have a turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce, tomato, spicy mustard and a bag of pretzels. Dinner is whatever my parents make, but I always try to stay away from fastfood. I don't drink soda, if I do its diet, don't drink gatorade anymore, propell or diet iced tea. Overall I try to eat healthy.

I just got done wrestling so my cardio's gone down a lot, but I have more time to lift now and I'm doing crew so thats some cardio. I try to get 4 lifts in a week and always drink a protein shake with creatine afterwards.

That diet blows ass. Cereal, and a bagel are white carbs and pretty much turn to sugar when they hit your mouth. Same with the cereal bar. And the bag of pretzels.

Just because you stay away from fast food doesn't mean you're eating to maintain muscle and promote fat loss. Do you have any idea how many grams of protein/fat/carbs and total calories you eat every day? You need to know.

You don't have NEARLY enough protein in your diet... probably not enough carbs either. I'd recommend posting your diet in the appropriate forum for critique, it needs a lot of work.

Should I supplement for protein shakes in? I use GNC Whey. It has like 220 calories and 40g of protein per serving. Not a lot of fat in it either. I wasn't trying to get something like muscle milk. If you have a better supplement I'de appreciate it.

Real food is better. They're called "supplements" for a reason... they exist to SUPPLEMENT an already good diet. Chicken, tuna, turkey, egg whites, steak, tilapia, salmon, there are a million better protein sources. The only time (in my opinion) that whey is better is postworkout, when you want quick acting protein for muscle repair... you also need carbohydrates post workout.
