Whats the deal with Benadryl

Alright I've seen around these boards that Benadryl is alright to take while in a cutting cycle if this true... I did some research and saw that hydrochloride is in Benadryl just like its found in clen. Can someone help me out with this?

Clenbuterol Hydrochloride and Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride are two completely different drugs.
