Is there any possibility of giving us the increase in the flexed arm stats? As I see you've measured them cold and there's been a half inch increase. Cheers.

RANA - How's your weight? Is there any let down when you finish the Dbol or had the test kicked in? Did you taper the Dbol at all or just stop? Keep it up!

My weight is still the same, up 7 lbs. I feel that weight has stayed the same but my strenghts are up and numerous people have noticed. I just stopped Dbol, no tappering. Not sure if the Test has kicked in, if it did I am not really noticing, but it could be me.

Ok I measured myself this morning and I flexed this time and here it is so far:

    Chest: 50"
    Arm: 17" (unflexed was 16")
    Quad: 27 1/2"
    Calf: 16 1/2"

Were you training prior to this cycle or had a rest period where no training was done?

In other words, were you training naturally and immediately started this cycle without waiting multiple weeks of rest time without workout?

I have been lifting since I was 16, I usually never had multiple rest weeks. There have been numerous types of training that I have conducted. When I was younger I ran a lot so I was extremely lean. I also power lifted in high school. I also cycled (rode bike) for a few years and swam a lot (tri-athlons). But over the last 6-7 years I have mainly focused on lifting...
