    What is a proper Diet?

    Hey everyone, I have been working out for 3-years not getting any real results. So I'm ready to begin a cycle of the real good stuff and get bulk. But first I wanna know if my current diet is a good diet to begin with. I'm 6.2" 190, 30 years old non-smoker and non-drinker. 6-meals a day which consist on:

    1st. meal: Hot oatmeal (1 pouch) with 2-scoops of whey protein and a coffee (which I cannot live without)

    2nd meal: 2 spoons of Brown rice (with ketchup ) half sweet potato and 2-slices of chicken breast.

    3rd meal: 2 scoops of whey protein and 1 small golden potato.

    4th meal: 2-slices of Chicken breast or half a can of tuna and either 2 small heads of broccoli or 2-spoons of mix veggies.

    5th meal: 5-eggs white and 1 whole egg and 2-scoops of protein.

    6th meal: Almonds or mix nuts and 2 scoops of protein.

    On top of that. I add supplements like LG Sciences I-GH-1 (7-caps @ day) 3in the morning 3 after meal 3 and 1 more after meal 6., and stack it with Methyl 1D (6 @ day) and Methyl Masterdrol V2 (4 @ day) between meals 1 and 4.

    Am I in the right path? or do I need to make changes and add more food.

    that is a shitload of protien. thats a good diet. but o would say last meal since im guessing its whey your using i would take that out and use casien protien. meal 1 is good. meal 2 is good. meal 3 is good. meal 4 is good. meal 5 needs work. neal 8 needs work. when do you work out so we no what your pwo and pre workout meals are?

    You need amounts of foods... if you just say "brown rice and chicken" that doesn't tell us shit about your diet. Could be 30g carbs, could be 300g carbs.

    I don't follow up a workout time routine. Sometimes (not always) I workout around 11AM-Noon so my post workout meal will be 3. When I work out at night around 11PM my post work out meal will be the last one. All are 3-hours in between. Sometimes up to 4-hours when my schedule allows me to.

    What would you suggest for meal 5 and 6?

    One thing I forgot to add. Are there any alternatives for these meals. I kinda sick of meal 2, 4 and 5 already.

    Thanks for the reputation points and calling me "just another attention grabber" w/ "no help provided" but I did help you... we can't critique a diet without amounts of foods.

    Have fun figuring it out yourself.

    The sticky you really needed to read was the one about posting your macros. Cal/pro/carb/fats for each meal and daily total... AF said that already though.

    you've yet to heed any of the advise given... you need to give us amounts, macros, calories, times... everything for us to help you.

    The amounts are posted on my FIRST post. Did you care to read them a second time before quoting your reputation points comments? no, right? you immediately when to "Shit" your reply post which someone else found it "amuzing" rather that helpful.

    2 spoons of brown rice??? wtf is that, 2 spoonfuls of brown rice? I really don't understand what exactly spoons are.

    READ THE DIET STICKIES. you can't be that retarded.

    personally from what I gather from the original post is that diet SUCKS
