    Anyone notice this about workout commercials?

    They always talk about arms, chest, and abs and hardly seem to ever mention anything about big lats/back or you'll never hear something like "get amazing quads and calfs". I wonder if stuff like that is the reason people never do legs or have a decent build with most parts but never have a wide back and usually scrawny legs.

    for the average unfit person, quads and calves are not those 'sexy' areas.

    every joe average wants to have 'huge biceps' and a 'thick chest'...that kind of terminology is deliberately used to exploit the average persons ignorance when it comes to properly shaping the body.

    Girls like guys with abs and big arms and chest = guys want abs and big arms and chest to get girls = smart people market quick fix products to dumb guys to get abs and arms and chest to attract dumb girls.

    Sunday: Biceps/Chest/Tanning
    Monday: Triceps/Abs/Tanning
    Tuesday: Tanning/Hot-Tub
    Wednesday: Biceps/Chest/Tanning
    Thursday: Triceps/Abs/Tanning
    Friday: Drinking Till I Black-Out
    Saturday: Drinking Till I Black-Out

    I'd rather have big lats than a big chest or biceps. It's what makes a man appear big.

    I think it's cause people don't believe you can actually improve your lats, and think guys just look naturally like that...

    i think im going to start doing d-units work out plan you should market it!!! oh and you should cut out the triceps and focus on looking for good hair gel!

    I only train chest....thats it.
    When I press I make sure my feet are planted on the end of the bench giving me the best possible arch in my back. Usually the only part of my body touching the bench are my feet and three square inches of my shoulder blades.
    I saw a guy doing this the other night and I almost collapsed lau***ng at him.

    I actually suffer from that problem and its not fun... my back is ****ing insane but my chest/triceps need alot of work...

    It's all boils down to marketing...

    Maketing plays a much bigger role than most peeps think .... One good example is the portobello mushroom .. Some marketing guy came up with that name ( and now everyone knows them as portobello mushrooms )...

    You might want to consider adding a good bronzer to your tanning routine. Thats what I've been using for my "I'm going to vegas in 6 weeks and want to hit up the pool parties" training program. And make sure your doing plenty of broomstick twists on ab day, too many people just focus on the crunches, but the broomstick twists are just as imprtant

    Basically their feeding into guys ego's, IE you do this and you'll be much more appealing to yourself and other females
