    Do! My brother didn't even start the fight. They gave him aggravated charges due to the severity of the injuries. (Multiple concussions and broken ribs and such) They gave him 8 years. He has already done over half that and hasn't been in very much trouble since he has been in there. Its crap that they aren't letting him out!

    That's kinda krazy for a fight, I boke a guy's face 1.5 years ago. I never get in fights or act like a tough guy, but I got charged with 2nd degree assault. It sucked, had to pay for the guy's plastic surgery, he needed some titanium plates to fix. I only spent like 2 days in prision though.

    I had a good lawyer, he got it taken down to like disturbing the peace or something. It cost me a boatload of money. I go to bars to find women not fights.
