Im 3 weeks out from my bodybuilding contest.
I've been doing cardio in the am + my normal workout but also keeping my heart rate between certain #'s.
I had to change my diet + do cardio more at low intensity levels.
I have seen major changes, thanks to my trainer also.
My 6 pix and obliques are coming in and I'm much leaner and tighter also.
Its all in the diet and cardio, I've been on CLEN and lipo 6x and hydroxycut.
Its all about diet and cardio not a shortcut.
