also worth noting, you need to find works best with you, not just with training, eating, but also with your AAS choices, throughout my cumulative experience ive used: hcg, clomid, clen, arimidex, t3, winny, test suspension, eq, enant, cyp, dbol, deca, fina, prop, sust, and omna, and overall what has worked best for me in the past are: sust(cyctahoh), dbol(russian), clomid (any brand really) and deca(tt and qv)... these work well combined or with other combinations)...still looking forward to trying anadrol and GH at some point...
