you should've researched more before starting this cycle because all the things your just throwing in and taking out are going to cause unstable blood levels which will give you more sides and less gains

make this easier on us, what are you running right now, what is your pct? btw, 2500 calories isn't near enough IMO if your trying to make gains, i'm cutting right now naturally and i eat more than that some days
